2. Overview
2.1. This Site enables you to purchase a range of scheduled and non-scheduled pharmaceutical products from MediLeaf Health pharmacies.
2.2. It also allows you to book in-store services provided by MediLeaf Health.
3. Privacy & Service
3.1. Background
The Privacy Act 1988 defines personal information as any data about an identified or reasonably identifiable individual. Examples include name, phone number, and email.
3.2. To process prescription orders, you must provide:
A valid e-script token
Patient name
Patient contact information
This information is required to dispense medication safely in Australia. Refusal to provide this information means we cannot fulfil your order.
3.3. Disclosure
We only disclose personal information for the purposes it was collected unless:
a) You consent to another use/disclosure,
b) It is required by law, or
c) It falls under an exception in the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).Your prescription information will be shared with the MediLeaf Health pharmacy responsible for dispensing your medication.
3.4. Storage
We securely store your personal information and will destroy or de-identify it once it is no longer required, unless legally required to retain it.
For example, in NSW, prescription records must be stored for at least two years.
3.5. Security
Only authorised staff may access your data, and an audit trail is kept.
While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, we cannot guarantee complete security of information transmitted online.
3.6. Access to Information
You may request access to or correction of your personal information unless restricted by law.

6. Refunds & Returns
Our policy complies with the Australian Consumer Law.
6.1. Change of Mind – Most products may be exchanged within 14 days if:
You provide proof of purchase
Packaging and product are unused and in original condition
The item is re-saleable
Exclusions include:

Baby formula
Prescription, Pharmacy-Only (S2) & Pharmacist-Only (S3) medicines
Vitamins & supplements

Custom or special orders
6.2. Faulty or Misdescribed Goods – You are entitled to a refund or exchange if:
The item is faulty, not fit for purpose, or not as described.
6.3. Damaged Goods – Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. Approved claims will be refunded or replaced.
6.4. Undeliverable Orders – If returned to us, we will refund the order minus postage.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
Breach privacy laws or upload another person’s personal data without consent
Defame, harass, threaten, or offend others
Interfere with our Site’s functionality or introduce harmful code
Use the Site to send spam
Attempt to compete with MediLeaf Health’s business through this Site
8. Other Terms
Competitors: Competitors may not use our Site or its content.
